1. How do I know your quality?
Pictures of goods or samples can be sent for your checking ,or you can send your QC or 3rd party to check the products quality.
2. What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit,70% balance according to B/L copy or irrevocable L/C at sight.
3. What is your production time for each order?
For stock products, the production time is 5 days
For custom orders, 15-30 days depends on the quantity.
4. Can you offer OEM service?
Yes, we offer OEM service. Your design and logo are both acceptable. We can even help you design your product if necessary.
5. Do you provide free samples?
For stock samples to check the quality and printing effect, samples are free .
6. How can I know I will receive the goods after paid?
Before balance payment, we will send you production photos and well packed goods for your evaluation, or we can send you samples for checking quality.You can also send your QC or any reliable person to check the goods.
